How to see your TikTok Shop commissions
TikTok shows you GMV in big numbers and hides the commission. Here's where to find it, how to export it and how to use it to see which products and videos actually make you money.
Where your commissions are
Go to Creator Center → Earnings → Affiliate Orders. You'll see every affiliate order with its status and commission. If you tap Estimated commission in Data Compass, it takes you to Affiliate Orders with the same dates.
Menu names change between app versions, so if you can't find it, look for «Earnings».

How to export your orders
- Open Affiliate Orders.
- Pick a date range (for example, last month).
- Tap the download icon and grab the file from the Download Center.
Tip: each export is capped at 15,000 rows and history starts on January 1, 2025. If you sell a lot, export by quarter instead of the whole year.
Which columns matter
- Order status: Pending, Settled (ready to withdraw), Not eligible (canceled or refunded, $0 commission) and Frozen (held by risk control).
- Estimated vs. actual commission: estimated doesn't account for refunds yet.
- Product and the video or LIVE that made the sale.
- Commission type: standard or Shop Ads, which can have a different rate.

Why does an order show $0 commission?
It was canceled or fully refunded (Not eligible), or it hasn't settled yet.
Is estimated commission what I'll get paid?
Not always. Estimated commission doesn't subtract refunds that may still come in. You get paid once the order settles.

Each export is capped at 15,000 rows, so TikTok recommends exporting by quarter if you have a lot of orders.
