When commission settles
Since April 15, 2025, commission is usually paid 15 days after delivery. If the seller has a longer settlement period, you get paid when they do (for example, delivery + 31 days). Nothing is paid while a dispute, return or refund is open.

How to withdraw
- If all your commissions are from local products, you can withdraw manually whenever you want.
- If you have cross-border commissions, everything switches to automatic withdrawal every Wednesday.
- You need to verify your identity before withdrawing.
